AFGHANS 2000 RETURN POLICY
|
- Customer must notify Afghans 2000 by
email within 1 week of receipt of merchandise for
authorization # and address for return (merchandise must
then be returned to THAT ADDRESS within 10 business days
to be accepted).
- Customer is responsible for return by
a carrier that supplies tracking, and customer must supply
Afghans 2000 with tracking number (or confirmation number)
if necessary or requested
- MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED IN
ORIGINAL UNUSED and RESALABLE CONDITION TO BE ACCEPTED
- Special Orders are NOT returnable
- Gift Certificate merchandise can only
be exchanged
- Monies refunded will be equal to
product price only - shipping/handling is not
refundable.
- Monies will be refunded to the source
from which it came - ie credit card, Paypal Account, etc.
